Hi! My name is Sarah, and I am an RBA., I have been in the field of behavior analysis since 2014 and I am very excited to be working with you!
I started my journey at Brock University, where I received my Bachelor of Honors in Speech and Language Sciences. After volunteering with a Speech Therapist in early intervention procedures for families with children recently diagnosed with ASD, I knew my future was going to be in helping families with children with autism. I received my post graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioral Sciences at George Brown College in 2014, and I have worked in various settings as a behavior analyst. In 2022, I finished my Master of Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University, and I completed my certification to become a BCBA.
I enjoy working with families to select individualized goals for their children to create socially significant gains for them. I believe in the value of family coaching, and integrating multiple professionals to create a treatment plan that is specific and beneficial for everyone.
I enjoy travelling, cooking, and obsessing over my dog, Charlie. I was very fortunate to live in different countries growing up (Scotland, Venezuela, Trinidad, and Indonesia), and I love learning about different cultures!
